Capital Provider Interest: Private Equity funded sponsors looking to acquire roll up candidates in many fragmented industries.

Private Equity: Hearing that the top of the private equity landscape (ie: large funds, large transactions) are starting to see some movement (funds being raised, transactions closing).  This will hopefully start the process of reactivating the markets for private company transactions.

SPACs: Buy a SPAC delisting and avoid the IPO doldrums.  SPACs have become targets of Private Equity firms who want to create liquidity.  Existing SPAC investors redeem (often 99%) at acquisition, new sponsor takes out the original sponsor and obtains a public company.

Venture Capital: Valuation discounts remain large (50%+) in the secondary market – even for those companies that have sales growth rates exceeding 25% yoy.  The key to improved valuations is maintaining communications with investors and the capital markets.
